We welcome you to come kickstart our Epicenter Wellness week on Monday March 18th in our main event space, the Epicenter Lounge.

We will be serving a delicious and healthy lunch from our in-house restaurant, Xavier and you'll get to listen to our interesting guest speaker. The topics will be around how to use tech for Wellness. We'll even be launching a Neurosonic lounge chair to relax in during this event! This event will be held in Finnish.

About the speaker

Jussi Patjas is the co-Founder of Univire. Jussi helps people understand the importance of rest, recovery and sleep and has a holistic approach wellbeing using tech and data to better understand the human body.

In his talk you will learn how to utilize modern technology to your advantage to measure your body and its needs for improved wellbeing. Jussi will also be introducing the Neurosonic lounge chair during his talk.

About Wellness Week

Each day we will have activities related to wellness for you to take part in. We have an interesting set of speakers, authors and workshops to learn from. This week will entail lectures on recovery, yoga, a sound bath, self care, sleep and much much more.
